How to Protect & Preserve Your Everglow Keepsake
Each Everglow piece is handcrafted with love and designed to last for years to come. Because your jewelry contains deeply meaningful inclusions, it deserves a little extra care.
Everyday Wear
• Remove before showering, swimming, or using a sauna
• Avoid exposure to pools, hot tubs, salt water, and chlorine
• Remove before exercising or heavy sweating
• Do not wear while sleeping
• Avoid lotions, perfumes, hairspray, and oils directly on your piece
Chemicals and moisture can dull both the metal and the preserved inclusion over time.
Water & Moisture
Your keepsake is water-resistant, not waterproof.
While resin is durable, prolonged exposure to moisture can cause clouding or wear over time. Always remove your piece before:
• Bathing
• Washing dishes
• Swimming
• Using hot tubs or steam rooms
Sunlight & Heat
Keep your jewelry out of prolonged direct sunlight and extreme heat.
Excess heat or UV exposure over time may cause discoloration of resin or inclusions.
Store in a cool, dry place when not wearing.
Cleaning Your Jewelry
To clean:
• Use a soft microfiber or jewelry polishing cloth (included with your order)
• Gently wipe the metal and stone surface
• Do NOT soak or use ultrasonic cleaners
• Do NOT use harsh chemicals or silver dips
For deeper metal polishing, use a polishing cloth designed specifically for your metal type (sterling silver or solid gold).
Metal Care
Sterling Silver
Silver naturally tarnishes over time. This is normal and can be restored with a silver polishing cloth.
Gold Filled / Solid Gold
More tarnish-resistant, but still best protected from chemicals and moisture.
Storage Tips
When not wearing your piece:
• Store in a jewelry box or soft pouch
• Keep separate from other jewelry to prevent scratching
• Avoid humid environments (bathrooms are not ideal)
