Personalize It - Select your preferred customization options to make it uniquely yours.
Place Your Order - Complete your purchase securely through our online store. Please add special instructions or notes when checking out. You can provide details about what you want included in your custom pieces (like specific flowers, ashes, breastmilk, gold flakes, or any other personalization requests).
Receive Your Collection Kit - I'll mail you a complete collection kit that includes everything you need:
- For Breastmilk:
  - Absorbent pad to protect the storage bag you send your milk in from leaks
  - Pre-paid return label
  - Instruction Card
- For Ashes / Pet Fur / Other inclusions:
  - Small screw-top container
  - Mini scoop (for ashes)
  - Sealable paper bag
  - Pre-paid return label
  - Instruction Card
Send Back Your Materials - Use the prepaid return mailer to send your materials back safely.
Receive & Cherish - Your handcrafted keepsake jewelry will arrive ready to treasure for years to come. Turnaround time is usually 4-6 weeks from when I receive your materials.

Inclusion Handling & Care Policy

Your Memories, Handled With Care

At Everglow Keepsake Jewelry, I understand that the materials entrusted to us are irreplaceable. Whether they are cremation ashes, breastmilk, hair, pet fur, or other meaningful inclusions, each carries a story deserving of the utmost respect and care.

Collection & Shipping

Each customer receives a carefully prepared collection kit with instructions and packaging materials to help safely transport their inclusions.

Breastmilk must be frozen prior to shipping and mailed only on designated shipping days to help prevent unnecessary transit delays.

While we take precautions to support safe shipping, all mailed inclusions are subject to the inherent risks of third-party transportation, including loss, theft, delays, or damage.

Receiving & Handling Your Inclusions

Upon arrival, inclusions are carefully identified and handled individually to minimize the risk of mix-ups or cross-contamination.

Each keepsake is thoughtfully handcrafted with attention to detail and the sentimental significance of the materials provided.

Cremation Ashes, Hair & Pet Fur

Only a small amount of material is typically required to create your keepsake.

All unused cremation ashes, hair, and pet fur are carefully packaged and returned to you with your completed jewelry.

I encourage customers to send only the amount requested and retain any additional irreplaceable materials at home whenever possible.

Breastmilk Preservation & Storage

Breastmilk received by Everglow Keepsake Jewelry undergoes a specialized preservation process before being incorporated into your custom jewelry.

Any remaining preserved breastmilk is retained on file for potential future orders.

This allows customers to commission additional keepsakes without needing to provide another breastmilk sample, provided sufficient preserved material remains and is suitable for use.

While every effort is made to preserve and safely store these materials, indefinite storage or availability for future orders cannot be guaranteed.

Preserved breastmilk is intended exclusively for sentimental jewelry creation and is not suitable for consumption.

Natural Variations & Handmade Jewelry

Every Everglow keepsake is individually handcrafted. Natural variations in color, texture, shimmer, and inclusion placement may occur, making each piece truly one of a kind.
