Welcome! Here's how to get started with our keepsake jewelry: SHIPPING IS ALWAYS FREE! INCLUDING THE COLLECTION KIT I SEND TO YOU AFTER ORDERING.

1.  Choose Your Piece - Browse our collection of beautiful keepsake jewelry designed to hold your precious memories.
2. Personalize It - Select your preferred customization options to make it uniquely yours.
3. Place Your Order - Complete your purchase securely through our online store. Please add special instructions or notes when checking out. You can provide details about what you want included in your custom pieces (like specific flowers, ashes, breastmilk, gold flakes, or any other personalization requests).
4. Receive Your Collection Kit - We'll mail you a complete collection kit that includes everything you need:
   • For Breastmilk:
     
     • Absorbent pad to protect the storage bag you send your milk in from leaks 
       
     • Pre-labeled return bag
     • Printed instructions
   • For Ashes / Pet Fur / Other inclusions:
     • Small screw-top container
     • Mini spoon (for ashes)
     • Return mailer
     • Instruction sheet
5. Send Back Your Materials - Use the prepaid return mailer to send your materials back to us safely.
6. Receive & Cherish - Your handcrafted keepsake jewelry will arrive ready to treasure for years to come. Turnaround time is usually 4-6 weeks from when we receive your materials.
