While I take great care in preserving and encasing your materials (breastmilk, flowers, etc.), I cannot guarantee that the appearance of these materials will remain unchanged over time. Natural materials may shift in color or appearance due to factors beyond our control.

I take great care in providing secure collection kits, detailed packaging instructions, and return shipping labels to help ensure your precious materials arrive safely.

However, once a package has been entrusted to a third-party shipping carrier, circumstances beyond our control may occur, including delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit.

By placing an order with Everglow Keepsake Jewelry and mailing your sentimental materials, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with shipping irreplaceable items.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Everglow Keepsake Jewelry is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of sentimental materials while in the possession of USPS or another third-party shipping carrier, except where caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

I strongly encourage customers to send only the amount of material necessary to complete their keepsake and to retain any remaining materials whenever possible.

All keepsake jewelry is custom-made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
