Everglow Keepsakes is honored to create your custom piece using the inclusions you provide. By placing an order and mailing your materials, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Customers are responsible for properly packaging and shipping all inclusions.
• Everglow Keepsakes is not liable for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
• Once materials are received and confirmed by Everglow, they will be handled with care and respect throughout the creation process.
• Due to the custom nature of memorial and inclusion jewelry, all sales are final.
